Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BluVelvetArt is not responsible for these charges
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is shipped and tracking information has been provided, BluVelvetArt is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier--please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or DHL) to file a claim.
